Mentor: Priyanshi Srivastava Fee : FREE Schedule Total Sessions: 6 Start Date: June 15, 2026 Day: Every Monday Time: 11:00 AM CST (Central Standard Time) Mode: Online via Google Meet (link will be shared closer to each session) This course introduces students to Python as a versatile programming language used in software development, automation, and creative computing. Students will learn foundational programming skills including variables, data types, conditionals, loops, and functions, while developing an understanding of how computers interpret and execute instructions. Through hands-on practice, students will build interactive text-based programs and strengthen their problem-solving and logical thinking skills. The course emphasizes applying concepts through coding exercises that gradually increase in complexity. As a mini-project, students will design a branching escape-room puzzle using modular functions and create their own original riddle or logic challenge. These skills will prepare students for the final project, where they will build a fully functional Python application using all the concepts learned throughout the course.
