Bringing Technology to the Classroom: Our Visit to Pathways School Noida
By Code Orbit
Recently, Code Orbit had the opportunity to collaborate with Pathways School Noida, India and Ms. Sana Sayyed’s 2nd grade class for a hands-on learning experience centered around technology and innovation. The goal was simple: make big, complex ideas feel exciting and accessible to younger students.
We started by introducing the students to what technology really means in their everyday lives. From tablets and apps to things like smart devices and AI, the students quickly began making connections to tools they already use. What stood out most was their curiosity. They weren’t just listening, they were asking thoughtful and sometimes surprising questions about how things work.
One of the highlights of the session was exploring current discoveries and advancements happening in the world right now. We talked about space exploration, including recent moon missions and how organizations like NASA are working toward returning humans to the Moon. The students were especially fascinated by rockets, satellites, and how they orbit the Earth. To make it more interactive, we used simple demonstrations and visuals to show how satellites send signals and how rockets launch into space.
We also focused on encouraging curiosity and creativity. Rather than just teaching facts, we asked students what they think the future might look like. Their ideas ranged from flying cars to robots helping with everyday tasks, showing just how imaginative and forward-thinking they already are.
Working with Ms. Sana Sayyed’s class was an incredible experience. The energy in the room was engaging and positive, and it was clear that students felt excited about learning something new. Moments like these reinforce Code Orbit’s mission to make technology education accessible, inspiring, and fun for the next generation.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to work with Pathways School Noida and look forward to continuing similar collaborations in the future.
